Which driving licence do you need to rent in Essaouira?

Minimum age and years of driving
The driver must be at least 21 years old and have held a licence for at least one year. That is the only eligibility requirement, with no hidden “young driver” surcharge.
What does the insurance cover?
Every rental includes comprehensive insurance and unlimited mileage, with no fees added at handover. To be fully transparent: in the event of an at-fault accident, an excess remains payable by the renter depending on the vehicle category (as set out in our general rental terms and conditions). A deposit is taken when you collect the vehicle and refunded on return, provided the vehicle is in good condition and the paperwork is complete.
How does payment work ?
Payment is made in cash on handover of the vehicle. The online pre-booking only serves to hold the car: no online payment or card imprint is required. The price shown is the price you pay.
