It is in no way used for any other purpose. Communication with our customers takes place mainly via <strong>WhatsApp<\/strong>, by phone or by email.<\/p>\n<p><strong>No online payment is made on this website.<\/strong> Payment for the rental is made in cash, on handover of the vehicle.<\/p>\n<h2>Legal basis for processing<\/h2>\n<p>The processing of your data is based on the<strong>execution of the rental contract<\/strong> to which you are a party, as well as on the pre-contractual measures taken at your request. The collection of certain data (driving licence, identity document) also meets the legal obligations associated with making a vehicle available.<\/p>\n<h2>Retention period<\/h2>\n<p>Your data is kept for the period strictly necessary for the management of your rental and for compliance with our legal and accounting obligations. Beyond this period, it is deleted or archived in accordance with the applicable legal time limits.
